At TANTRUM, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse so you don't have to.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
